Can I use it on wet hair?

Yes, gently. Wet hair is weaker than dry, so start at the ends and work upward in short sections rather than pulling from the roots. The flexing head helps here, because it gives instead of dragging. If yours is very fragile, let it dry to damp first.
Will it help with static and flyaways?
